Tim McNeely
Tim McNeely is the host of the top-rated Dental Wealth Nation Show, author of the #1 best-selling book, Dental Wealth Nation, and is madly in love with his wife, who just happens to be a dentist.

AL Galvis is Founder and CEO of think dentAL, inc., a dental organization providing the dental community with solutions in practice transitions, new office build-outs, equipment & technology integration, and commercial/residential real estate services.
AL has worked with thousands of dentists in practice transitions, new office build-outs and integration of new equipment/technology. AL often speaks at local dental schools to educate dental residents on how best to navigate between either buying a practice or building from scratch. AL works with existing dentists on how best to integrate equipment and technology to maximize the value for the practice. AL’s “TEAM APPROACH” is designed to assist dentists in providing key solutions that achieves the optimal results in their dental business.
Scott Stewart
Scott Stewart founded Clifton & Associates, Inc, a coaching firm that works exclusively with dentists and dental practices.
Scott has worked with hundreds of dental practices developing business plans, coaching and training dental teams, developing leadership skills, enhancing communication skills, training teams on customer service techniques, and successfully helping practices grow to new levels of productivity and profitability. In addition to being the primary trainer of his company’s in-office coaching programs, he helps dentists with due diligence, practice valuations & transitions, and speaks regularly for dental societies, study clubs and specialists throughout Southern California. His company is accredited with the CA State Board and hosts continuing education courses on a variety of clinical and practice management topics.
Levi Barlavi
Levi Barlavi is the owner of the Pacific Health Law Group, P.C., a law practice focused on the legal and business needs of healthcare professionals.
About ninety percent of Levi's clients are dentists and other dental specialists. Levi assists dentists throughout California with legal issues related to practice start-ups: incorporation, partnerships, lease reviews; practice transitions: practice sales and transitions, seller carry-back notes, lease assignments; and practice governance: Dental Practice Act regulation and compliance matters, associate contracts and corporate compliance.
Sean Dumm
J. Sean Dumm is the founder of the Law Offices of J. Sean Dumm, a law practice focused on the legal and business needs of healthcare professionals.
Sean’s practice focuses upon the representation of dentists and their practices in an array of business matters including regulatory compliance, incorporations, start ups, practice transitions, employment matters, partnership agreements and commercial leasing and real estate matters. Sean also has a background in estate planning. Sean is admitted to practice law in multiple states including California.
Matt Christie
Matthew Christie is a Regional Director lending at Provide, responsible for practice transaction lending in the California market.
Matt is a dedicated healthcare representative working with dentists, veterinarians, and medical doctors who are looking to acquire, start, or refinance a practice, while also being able to facilitate commercial real estate loans in conjunction with a practice.
Matthew has an extensive background in small business lending, owner-user commercial real estate, and franchise finance. In his current capacity, Matthew often speaks at local dental schools, where he educates students on business plans, personal credit, and budgeting; he also often speaks for local dental societies, where he lectures to dentists looking to acquire and grow their practices.
Jason Schneller
Jason Schneller is a Regional Director at Provide, responsible for project lending in the California market.
Jason has specialized in helping the dental/medical communities’ healthcare providers obtain loans for their unique business needs and has extensive expertise in practice acquisitions, practice startups, expansion and remodel projects, commercial real estate transactions and debt consolidations. Jason has built a network of trusted practice brokers, equipment specialists, attorneys, CPAs, consultants, contractors, architects, and real estate brokers to help ensure his healthcare providers surround themselves with the right team of experts as they embark (or continue) on their practice ownership journey.
